Silent Spring

In Moodfamily's fifth installment, Stavroz pops up and delivers an EP ready for sunscreen and ripe for the picking. In Silent Spring, frivolous bass guitars accompany a broadly shouldered melody and gently carry the track to glory while a snug piano hides in the breaks, building a beautiful contrast. A Great Day to Fly a Kite brings horns straight from miles high, happily intertwining with a ruthless groove, pushing the atmosphere and delivering a quirky impact on the dance floor. Should've brought an Umbrella graciously closes the EP with a touching, and at the same time organic sound.
